How Our Rating System Works:

Every vendor in our directory is evaluated against a strict set of quality criteria covering product purity, pricing transparency, reliability, customer support, and overall value to the research community. Based on that evaluation, each vendor receives one of four color-coded ratings:

🟢 Green — Top-tier vendors who consistently meet our highest standards for quality, transparency, and reliability. These are our most recommended suppliers for researchers who demand the best.

🟡 Yellow — Solid vendors with good track records, though with minor areas for improvement. A dependable choice for most research needs.

🟠 Orange — Vendors who meet basic standards but have notable inconsistencies in quality, pricing, or service. Proceed with awareness and do your due diligence.

🔴 Red — Vendors who have failed to meet our quality criteria or have raised concerns within the research community. We recommend avoiding these suppliers until standards improve.

Why It Matters:

Our ratings are independent, research-driven, and regularly updated as vendors evolve. We have no interest in promoting vendors who don't earn it — our only commitment is to helping you source smarter, safer, and more affordably.
